Privacy is not a feature we add afterwards — it is how we run the company. Here, in plain language, is what we do and do not do with your data.

• We do not collect or sell customer data. — We do not build profiles and we do not sell anything on. The only data we handle is what it takes to run your account and your billing.
• Your data stays in Europe. — Your agent runs on servers in secure European datacenters, governed by some of the strictest privacy laws in the world.
• Norwegian privacy standards. — We follow Norwegian privacy standards and treat privacy as a core value — it shapes how we build, not just what we write here.
• Open source and encryption. — We are firm believers in open source and encrypted applications — the less you have to take on faith, the better.
• Where we are heading. — We are working toward full, verifiable encryption from model to agent, so you do not have to take our word for it. This is a goal we are building toward — not a feature we offer today.
