Terms of Use

Nexum Hosting gives you a personal AI agent in the cloud, from $15 a month. These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you — in plain language, promising only what we can deliver. By using the service, you accept the terms below.

Think before you share. — Your agent is a capable worker, not a vault. If you share personal or sensitive information with it, you do so at your own risk — it is your responsibility to consider what you share, and we cannot accept liability if such data leaks from your agent.
AI is still experimental. — Agents can misunderstand, make mistakes, or deliver results that look right but are not. Treat what your agent produces as a draft, and review important work yourself.
API credits are your responsibility. — You manage the API credits connected to your account. Keep an eye on your usage — credits that are spent will not be refunded.
We can suspend accounts. — If there is proof of abuse, or suspicion of a breach of our responsible-use rules, we may close your account temporarily — or permanently.
Fair play. — We provide the service in good faith and expect the same from you. Deliberately pushing the limits of your plan to get more than you paid for can lead to temporary suspension — and permanent closure if repeated.
Keep your own backups. — We do what we can to look after your data, but keeping prices this low means we cannot back up as often as we would like. Back up important code and files regularly.
